Cappadocia, with its thousands of years of history, unique geological formations, and fairy-tale atmosphere, is one of the most fascinating regions in the world. Fairy chimneys, rock-carved dwellings, ancient churches, and valleys make this land not only a natural wonder but also a cultural heritage site. Experiencing this magical geography on horseback brings an entirely new dimension to the journey.

At our ranch, a new horseback riding route is being organized for our guests. This route stands out with both its natural beauty and historical richness, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

Beginning the Journey at Killik Valley

The tour begins in Killik Valley. Its tranquil atmosphere, combined with the steady rhythm of the horses, creates a peaceful start to the ride. Here, the raw beauty of nature blends with the timeless magic that Cappadocia has preserved for centuries.



Rabbit Valley and Rock-Carved Houses

The next stop is Rabbit Valley, known not only for the wild rabbits that inspired its name but also for hosting a rare example of rock-carved houses. Throughout history, people carved into the soft tuff rocks to create dwellings, shelters, and even small chapels. Exploring these traces of ancient life on horseback feels like traveling back in time.

The Majesty of Eagle Rock Valley

The route then leads into Eagle Rock Valley. Its name comes from an eagle’s nest perched on the highest rock in the area. This striking formation gives the valley a mystical and powerful atmosphere. The towering rocks here stand as silent witnesses to Cappadocia’s unique geological heritage.



The Enchanting White Valley

From there, the ride continues into White Valley, named after its gleaming white tuff cliffs. Riding through this valley, surrounded by silence and the grandeur of fairy chimneys, leaves riders with an unforgettable impression. The scenery captures both peace and awe at the same time.



Sunset at White Valley View Point

The highlight of the tour takes place at White Valley View Point during sunset. As the sky turns shades of red, orange, and purple, the pyramid-shaped mountain silhouettes in the background add to the magic of the moment.

From this spot, riders can admire panoramic views of:

  • Çavuşin village and its ancient churches
  • Göreme town
  • Uçhisar Castle
